Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I am in the State of Indiana. I have an employee who has a medical condition that puts his health in jeopardy if he does his job. Can I terminate this employee for that reason? I do not want to cause health problems for him by him doing his job. Thank You

That's a question you absolutely need to go in person and speak with an attorney about. It's not a black and white issue. Also, there are some other, underlying issues that need to be addressed. Call a local attorney who does this kind of work. S/He will likely charge you a consultation fee, but believe me, it's worth the investment, if it saves you from a lawsuit.
