Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
state law requires a qualifiction course (within a year), job description requires the same course. The course is $375. My employer wants me to sign an agreement, that if my job is terminated or I leave.within a year of the course completion date..then the company will take the cost of the course from my final pay check.
Is this legal, with a course required by the state.
