When you get terminated from a job of 5 years, do you not get your earned vacation pay upon departure, Can a 94% audit be construed as "gross negligence" in any instance? Thank you for any answers you have for me. Diane H.

Yes, you get your paper. Indiana is an at will state, meaning that a private employer can fire you for any or no reason.
