Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
Type your question here...I worked for a company in the state of Indiana and was to be paid a comminsion check at the end of the year. The company let me and 3 others go due to the economy back in May 2009. I was to recieve my commision check around the first of July. I have contacted the company about my commision check on 3 occasions and they are telling me that they are in the process of changing banks and getting a new line of credit etc etc. It is now the middle of October what legal issue are their involved here
