Unfair wages due to gender

I am performing the same type of work that three men are and yet I am being denied the same job title and wage. I have spoken to my manager at work and he brushes it off as being unimportant. What should I do?

Contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Indy and get a complaint form and file it with them. They will start an investigation. After they complete the investigation they will send you an Right to Sue letter and you will have 90 days from that date to file a lawsuit. If you have more questions call me at 219-340-3890.
