Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I worked for the Boeing Company for 10 years, six of those years were as a contract employee. I did not earn near the wages of the other employees doing the same job as me in other states, also most of the other employess were permanet with all the benefits, ie: EIP awards, stock awards, health insurance, sick days, vacation pay and most important retirement time for their service years. I was laid off in 2009, at that time I was advised by my General Manager to pursue getting the six years I worked for the company as a contractor added back to my years of service due to the Permatemp Class Action suite that Mircorsoft contractors brought against them and won. He suggested that Boeing was indeed quilty of "Pay-rolling" long term contractors. It was not until the Mircorsoft lawsuit was brought to light that Boeing knew it had to hire or let go the long term temps it had working for them. That is when I got hired on as a full time employee. I will turn 62 in Sept of this year and plan to apply for my retirement benefits from Boeing. My question is, do I have a case and if so does the law suite need to be filed in Seattle WA where their corporate headquarters is located. Thank you.

You may have a suit. Boeing also has offices in Chicago and could be sued there. Additionally, I believe that Boeing uses the Gary Airport for the purpose of conducting business so it is also possible that they could be sued in Indiana. Further inquiry would have to be made. Feel free to contact me.
