Wrongful termination
I was terminated after 27 years of recognized service. After asking a female employee to ask her supervisor what a dirty phrase meant. I now know company had a policy that stated ''1 verbal warning and 2 written warnings. In my unemployment appeal hearing my boss said that I was not given any warnings. How should I proceed?

It sounds as if your company did not follow its published progressive discipline in firing you. That raises the question of why?
