wrongfull termination

i was terminated for going over on F.M.L.A. i went over by 7 days, which they used those hours to terminate me. other employess were not disaplined for it,some were offered short term, cause they didnt meet the F.M.L.A requirments.

and some were over by months and not disaplined for it!!!

do i have any recourse for law suit?

Possibly. It depends on whether or not you are truly being singled out for different treatment, and if the reason for the different treatment is unlawful discriminatory (age, race, sex, religion, disability, etc.) or retaliatory bias. Feel free to contact me to further discuss.
