Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I have an agreement my roommate and I signed for the leasing office stating we'd pay utilities for the duration of our lease. I have ample documentation of requesting and receiving 50% of utilities. My (now former) roommate refuses to pay her share of the last four bills ($143.23 total). Is this sufficient evidence to demand payment in Indiana?
