Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
My brother has been living with his girlfriend at her mother's house? Is he a houseguest or a resident? Does she have the right to kick him out on a moment's notice?

If living, technically he is entitled to thirty days notice. If a house guest, out the door on a moments notice. What he is, would be fact sensitive.
