Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
have been in contract since Feb 2013. 3000.00 down 850 per month. Contacted LL june 1st to let him know pymt would be late with late fees. recieved immediate possession summons and request to keep 3000. Court date in one week. What can I do? I am disabled and wont have money till 4 days after court date.

Go to court. The contract may give you leeway.
