Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
My daughter rented a house in Monroe County Indiana in August of 2009. She has recently found mold in the house. She has asthma problems and has been treated 4 times since moving into this house. She stayed with a friend for a week and did not have the severe problems. Can she legally break her lease since her landlord has not fixed the mold problem and it causes her asthma to be more severe?

Yes she can terminate the lease as the home is uninhabitable.
