Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I have an EXTREME mold growth problem in a house that I am renting. The landlords were notified in March 2010, as of today, July 27, 2010 they have not fixed it. I have not been able to live there since the growth occurred because I am highly allergic to it. Which means I cannot even come get my things from the house to move elsewhere until I am able to breathe in there. What should I do?

the quickest and easisest solution would be to hire someone to remove your items for you.
