What justifies a rental company from keeping my security deposit and another $1500 when no damage was done. They claimed they sent me letters I never received and ruined my parents (who co signed) credit rating who received no warning.

By itself, keeping a deposit cam have No pact on a credit rating. Please repost with the rest of the story.
