Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
Landlord is getting Foreclosed
My landlord is getting foreclosed on the property that they live in. I rent a different property that they own and made my rent payments on time. What kind of legal protection can I get to protect myself from getting evicted?

You don;t get evicted until you breach your lease. Until the LL loses right to the property ( and you are duly notified of that) you must continue to pay full rent and otherwise perform under the lease. The bank or new owner would be bound by the lease as well. How long is your lease for?
