I live in a house that I rent and the basement has been flooding do to heavy rains. My roommate lives in the basement and due to mold and other things that are developing down there she is having allergy problems and can't live down there much longer. she wants out of her lease but the landlord says no. Is there any possible way she can get out of the lease?
