Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I live in indiana. Me and my family moved out of our rental on june 20 and today august 20 we recived a letter from our former landorld with an itemized list of damages and requested we pay for them. The letter dated August 15 and she stated further charges would be coming as she got quotes. Can she eventually sue us in small clames court if we do not pay and could she charge us in the future as she desires.

She can sue you but only once and she must prove the damages.
