Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I live in a pet-friendly apartment I purchase a dog and I told her and I am for my landlord at the time that I was purchasing a Shar Pei dog I gave her all the paperwork and she told me to ask about going to my renter insurance then in March I received a letter saying that it's been told him that I have a dog I live across the street from the office I never tried to hide my dog because I inform the previous landlord that I was getting the dog now this landlord says I have to get rid of my dog because he's over the weight guidelines

If the dog's weight violates the guidelines, the dog has to find a new home.
