Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

I am the owner of a property and have tenants renting the house. Both husband and wife's names are on the lease. The husband threatened the wife and was shipped off to a psychiatric hospital for 2 months. He is now out and wants to come home. Wife says no and wants to change the lease to have only her name on it. Can I change the lease to her name only before this current lease runs out and without husband's permission?

No. She should contact a lawyer to discuss ways of preventing him from entering the premises.
