Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

i am a property manager and am in the process of having a body attachment issued. went to court today to get that issued. when they arrest this person what happens next?? another manager had asked the judge if she could skip ahead to a body attachment order and he firmly said no and that there vwere very specific procedures and steps that have to be followed in order and that if they werent then that would open the possibility of a lawsuit against the manager/property owner.. my question is this: where can i go specifically online to find out the steps/procedures of this process of taking a tennant to court after an eviction to get our money paid back.

There is no source that I am aware of online that is free. You can probably find some materials to purchase and ICLEF, Westlaw, and/or Lexis. Good luck.
