Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

I have been renting a duplex for 2 years on a month to month basis. I woke up this morning to find a for sale sign in front. Where do I stand?

you will be a month to month with the new owner. you should probably expect the new owner to change the situation either by wanting a lease or asking you to leave. good luck.
