Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I am currently renting a home and my landlord is selling the house to a gentleman who states that he wants to continue renting; however, I am not so sure I want to rent from him. We have not been offered to amend the current lease yet. Am I obligated to stay in the contract? Under what terms can we break the lease? Can it be voided?

Absent a breach, it is probably that you will have to stay until the lease has expired
