Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
My roommate and I share a house on a rent-to-buy lease. My roommate has not paid his rent several times, yet my landlord will not evict him. Am *I* legally bound to this rental lease agreement at all since my roommate and my landlord have violated the lease? I would really like to move out.
