Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

i have tried to get my sister to move out of the place i am rent now for 3 years because she is a drunk. my lease is up and i have found a new place to live. my sister on the other hand has not. she has no job, no car-lost her license for 10 years due to alcohol. what legal obligation do i have for her. she is not on the lease for my new place and refuse to let her move with me to my new place..
