Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Indiana
I am with a small animal rescue group. The previous group split up. There is a site on the internet named Petfinder. They provide rescue groups, animal control facilities and humane societies with a web page. There is no charge. It is the single largest listing of groups and their adoptable animals on the internet.
I believe the people in the prior group have told untruths about our new group to the lady who sets up the web pages on Petfinder. In my last e-mail to her she said she would send me the password to our new web page when we e-mailed her a reference letter from our vet and proof of our 501 (c) (3) letter of recognition. I did that and then she quit responding. We have called her and left several voice messages and sent numerous e-mails. This has gone on for about 2 months. Isn't she discriminating against us? We have done nothing wrong and yet she refuses to give us a web page or even tell us why.

This is not discrimination. They can choose to list whomever they want and to provide a website to whomever they want. Perhaps the lady is just busy. Try again.
