Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Indiana

my dad died November 13. I am paying for everything, I am his eldest child. I ask coroner to release toxocogy and cause of death to me before anyone else,she agreeed. before the death certicate was even signed she went to my dads sister(who never gave him the time of day) and told her The coroner never did notify me I had to go there in person IS THIS LEGAL !! I AM SO HURT

I am sorry to hear of your dad's passing and to hear of the additional insult by the coroner. It is unlikely that you can pursue the coroner for any type recovery in my judgment.
