Get a college degree and have good grades. Take the LSAT test and score well. Apply to law schools and get accepted. Do well, get good grades and get on law review. Get a good summer internship and hopefully the firm will hire you after you graduate. But good grades, a strong network of people, and desire are the key components to being a good lawyer.
