Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Indiana
"Unsatisfactory service that I received from an attorney who drafted and submitted letters to creditors."
Unsatisfactory service that I received from an attorney who drafted and submitted letters the to creditors that do not reflect my instructions.
The letters submitted to the creditors are not in accordance to my instructions; and are clearly a misrepresentation.
The letters have mislead the creditors as to the nature to request for the "Forgiveness of Debt".
I can send you the actual email instructions that were communicated to the attorney and also attached the letters that were drafted by the attorney and submitted to the creditors.

If it's a big deal, file a formal grievance complaint.
