Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana
Can my father file a lawsuit regarding an incident that has happened about 14 years ago? That incident has caused him to become disabled for life though. He was given some papers to sign at the time to not file a lawsuit, however he signed the papers while not in his full mind set.
