wanted to know a little about if a patient goes to a neurogolist and has surgrey to remove a brain tumor and something goes wrong and the patient ends up blind then sues the dr what kind of questions would the prosacuter ask the witnesses and what kind of evidence would they need to procute the dr

It seems that you are confused. This is a civil case, so there is no prosecutor. The questions that the lawyer for the patient would include the general areas of informed consent concerning the disclosure of known risks to patients, the standard of care for that type of surgery and what caused the blindness. This is a complex area of the law and I am just providing general areas of inquiry.
