Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

Subpoena defendant for patient list

I am acting pro se in a medical malpractice case. For my case, it will help prove the doctor is not being truthful if I am able to subpoena a patient list and then subpoena the patients for interrogation.

Can this be done and what is the proper procedure and/or forms necessary?

Re: Subpoena defendant for patient list

If the defendant is the doctor whose list you are requesting, all you have to do is draft and serve a Motion to Produce. You are likely to have an objection filed for patient physician privilege.

Good luck
