Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

Undiagnosed Heart Attack

After having what I thought was a heart attack, I went to Immediate Care. After an EKG I was told it was all in my head, to go home and take two ibuprofin.

Three days later when I could get in to see my regular doctor, he was suprised I wasn't sent for some simple blood tests. He sent me. By then, my EKG was abnormal, the blood work was abnormal and the bottom of my heart was (and is) non functional.

Even though I am not died or bedridden, will I ever find someone interested in suing this first doctor, to wake her up?

The doctors I deal with now are suprised I haven't.
