I lied at MEPS about injury need to get out urgent

I am in the indiana national guard iwent to meps and took the enlistement oath and signed a contract for the dep. a year before i joined i had a severe herniated disk and also sought counciling for depression. My back did not severley hurt me before i joined and my recruiter told me to deny everything so i did. I have not shipped to basic but i leave in 3weeks, i brought my medical records to my commander and he threatened to kick my butt and thrw me in jail if i ever spoke of it again and that there was noway of getting out of it. Just the simple training i do at RSP like sittups really hurts my back and i have been going to rehab for it to, i also have doctors willing to write letters saying i am unfit for military service.what can i do? I really do need help im 18 years old.

Good news! While the law requires that you report to basic training, the consequences of not going are that you will receive an entry level separation.
