Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana
I have 2 trees in my yard that interfere with my neighbors satellite reception. He wants to pay to have my trees trimmed. Am I responsible if anything happens to the tree trimmers and they cause any kind of damage to anything since it is in my yard?

If anything happens, maybe, who knows, your guess is as good as anyones. However, if you have homeowner's insurance you should be fine if anything happens.
