Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was in an auto accident and was found at fault.

the other party got a lawyer, i have not been sued yet but am afraid of being sued/what all can they try to take from me in a verdict......I have no assets, no money, etc....

You have not been found at fault if you have not been sued. If you are sued, report the lawsuit to your insurer. If you did not have insurance, you may end up losing your license.
