Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was bite by a dog at a business and my medical bills were paid by my own insurance company. I am trying to make a settlement with the dog owners insurance. Do I have to pay my medical insurance back the money they paid out with the settlement?

In all likelihood, yes, but it depends on whether your medical insurance policy allows the right of subrogation.
