Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

borrowed a friends car, ran off edge of road over 3 rocks. Possible oil in homeowners yard. took car home, police came asked about car and accident. admitted to driving while suspended... no tickets or citations were given... car is still in driveway. homeowner called police.
