Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

While I was in class tonight, My vehicle was hit. I have contacted my insurance company, but is it advisable i get an attorney? Or at least talk to one just in case?

SInce no one was in the vehicle, I think you can wait until you receive a settlement offer from your company, or the other driver's company, before hiring an attorney. You can always talk to one if you have questions about the process.
