My daughter was playing at the park and she jumped off the picnic table and it ripped her pinkie toe off !! i was wondering If i have any rights

Yes, you do have rights. If you are the custodial parent, you are protected from your daughter suing you for negligence in allowing her to misuse the park equipment under the doctrine of parental immunity. Children can not sue their parents in Indiana for these kinds of mistakes.
