Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was driving and hit a few bails of hay that were dropped. The police did a report and ask the farmer next door what happened and they said that they just sold someone a bail of hay. Do I have any recourse?

Unless you know who the person was who purchased the hay or the farmer actually secured the hay to that person's vehicle, your recourse is to make an uninsured motorist claim.
