Thank you for your question. Not likely, however, you should hire counsel to discuss this with your employer, to review the applicable insurance and to discuss this with the insurance company as well as corporate counsel. Do not rely on what they tell you independent of counsel.

You should discuss this with the attorney representing the employer (and the employer's insurance company). It is unlikely that you would have any personal exposure beyond what the employer is carrying in insurance on the truck but your question cannot be answered to a certainty without knowing the limits of liability on the truck and the nature of the injuries of the injured party.
