Do I need to file a police report in Marion County for an accident if no one was hurt and it was due to weather?

You may still need a report if the property damage exceeded a certain amount. Check with your Driver's Manual or BMV to determine the current threshold amount.

Better to file. If you don't, the other driver may and give an entirely different version.
