Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Husband was hurt in car accident 4/29/13. His medical of 47,500 has been paid by at-fault driver who had minimum coverage (25,000) and our own State Farm medical (25,000). Now negotiating pain and suffering (had back surgery as a result and missed six weeks of work; year and a half of pain with therapy, pain injections, and eventually surgery). State Farm initially lowballed at 29,500 out of UIM coverage of 100,000 but has now offered 49,500 (third and last offer according to adjustor). I've heard case is worth 150,000 but would require lawyer. Statute of limitations date 4/29/15. Please advise. Is it too late to hire lawyer. Should we accept? Asked for limits which SF says are really only 75,000 because other company paid out 25,000. All subrogation was waived. SF will not offer the 75,000 limits.

Go get a lawyer; it is not too late. Let the attorney answer your questions; it is impossible to give a valuation opinion on a computer forum and have it mean anything to you.
