injured while using employer tools on employer land under employer instructions. is employer liable for medical cost?

If your employment meets certain conditions you are entitled to workmen's compensation benefits, which include not only medical care costs but possibly reimbursement for time off work to a certain level and an award for any permanency of injury that you sustain.
