Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Injury

My son is a 23 year old brain injured man who suffers from quadrapaases due to spacticiy. Yesterday the Home Health Nurse dropped him to the floor. I severly injured my back picking him up and getting him into his chair. I will probably require surgery. Is the home health agency liable for my bills
