Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was involved in an accident on January 12, 2009.I struck a building with my truck. It was settled with my automobile insurance company. Now, seven months later, I am being sued. Someone is trying to say they were injured the day of the accident. It says on the claim that he has "lost of ability to function and lack of enjoyment". One of his coworkers said he is sure that he didn't miss any work due to injuries. He did check himself into the hospital after the accident but I never heard of him being actually injured, and my insurance company didn't say anything about it.
