Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was involved in an automobile accident last month. The driver of the other vehicle was deemed at fault. My vehicle was damaged beyond repair and now the insurance company is offering less than what it will take to pay the vehicle off. What can I do?

Probably nothing. You are entitled to the fair market value of the vehicle regardless of what you owe on it.
