Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

On Oct. 9th of 2010 i had a party at my house. There was a fight and a guy got his jaw broke and 4 staples in his head. The police were not called. Now the guy who had his jaw broke has $13,000 in hospital bills and wants my address to turn into his insurance company. I am a renter with no renters insurance so does that make my land lords homeowners insurance responsible for the bill?

Probably not, but that is not your concern right now. If he wants to make a claim, give him the address.
