Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana
I recently was assaulted with several witnesses to the actual incident and also to the fact that the assailant was premeditated this attack on me. I had a police officer come out and I gave a statement but no one in the prosecutors office will seem to give or do anything for me. My question is what should my next move be?

You can write to the Attorney General's Office and see if they can look into why the prosecutor would not proceed if your case is so open and shut. You can send a certified letter to the prosecutor. You can complain about the prosecutor in the local paper. You can hire counsel to pursue a civil case. Good luck.
