Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana
What recourse do we have to get money back from an attorney whom we feel may have received and cashed a settlement check. We've already filed a complaint with the Supreme court disciplinary commission.

I am saddened to hear about your experience. Your other recourse is to request that he immediately make payment and provide you with an accounting. If he fails to do so, you may have to file suit.
